Hopper is the wonderful story of what happens when two brothers catch a frog. Does the frog become their pet, or does he have other plans? Find out as Bridger and Terry try to discover where Hopper is hiding. Even Old Bear, their dog, gets in on the action of finding Hopper!

Babe Belzer lives on a farm near Cando, North Dakota, where she and her husband, Terry, loved and raised their eight children. They happily welcomed visiting grandchildren to the farm. Throughout the years, hundreds of children’s books were read aloud to eager listeners. When two of Babe’s grandsons who live in Cando caught a frog, an inspiration for Hopper was born. With great joy, Babe adds Hopper to the list of books sure to delight boys and girls everywhere! Babe’s passions include her faith, family, friends, music and reading. She lives on the farm with her son Tom and their two dogs, Mac and Maggie.

Gail Lyster thrives in a small community in the far north of Idaho and delights in the physical beauty surrounding her. Central to her life is the love she shares with her family and friends, both young and old. Her joy, wonder and creativity infuse her art. These watercolors are dedicated to Roland, her first grandchild.
